We are very proud of our excellent doctors, conscious, highly educated and always updated. They will all provide advice and information concerning antenatal diagnostics. Mr Nikolaos Balakitsas M.D., FMF qualified, ( Feral Medicine Foundation) is the spear in our effort for antenatal diagnosis. We can offer all of the following diagnostic exams:
- 1st Trimester screening (Nuchal translucency, Chromosomal markers and basic anatomy examination of the embryon)
- 2nd Trimester screening (Detailed morphologic and anatomic examination of the foetus).
- 3rd Trimester screening (Biometric evolution of the foetus and Vascular Doppler examination)
Whenever it is needed we are capable of doing interventional examinations like:
- Amniocenthesis
- Chorionic Villi Sampling
- Chordocenthesis
All of the collaborators are familiar with biometric studies, biophysic profiling of the foetus, Amniotic fluid estimations and placental measuring.
Finally in collaboration with molecular biology laboratories we offer a variety of examinations in this domain:
- Noninvasive Embryonic Chromosomal screening (from maternal periphery blood).
- Molecular Karyotype
- Genetic Screening of embryos for specific diseases (Cystic Fibrosis, Thalasemias etc.)
